Best horror movies 2000-2009 | the dark and seeing

August 29, 2013 – 01:24

Probably the most loved genre films are the horror. It is mine, without doubt. If fear has an infinite variable, oo so is your theater. The horror film is about the rational and irrational, and is almost always one side of the film that best epitomizes his time. The vast majority of good horror movies that decade are political. In an era greatly skeptical, the greatest fear could not come directly. Just as the setting for several films actually took with the camera in first person. With a decade spreading reshoots, a revival of the 80s, all new, was one of the best examples. And these remakes, only two are noteworthy. The inflated the eastern film genre worldwide. The best scene of terror of the decade, more frightening, is a strange dance of a Japanese movie. In the list, fit three more terrors eastern two (hairy) and a (and perhaps only profitable) remake. The ghosts marked greater number of appearances. A perfect gore lost emulating scholarship. The name of the genre's strongest decade arose in the late 90'se has two films on the list. Three old and three directors names promising. A long is Brazilian, and is also one of the best in all national. The best excuse for horror scene was a psychological illness skin. The greatest villain is a woman "common". The phrase is "Seven days."

On the list, needless to say, is what I saw and what I think.

Help Support A Local Filmmaker "Live Animals"

Hello,
My name is Mark Volzer. I'm a local filmmaker with 16th Section Pictures. I grew up in Woodbridge and now live in Arlington, but I lived in Memphis, TN for several years. That's where I met two of my best friends who happened to share my love for film making. We decided to make movies and that's how 16th Section Pictures was born. Our first two feature films did really well at several festivals and achieved limited distribution, but we're really happy to announce that our third film, Live Animals, will be released nationally on DVD September 8th, 2009 through EchoBridge Entertainment

Gathering storm! run for your lives!

What would happen if you crossed that creepy 1960s horror classic “The Village of the Damned” with the Broadway staple “A Chorus Line”? You don’t need to use your imagination. It’s there waiting for you on YouTube under the title “Gathering Storm”: a 60-second ad presenting homosexuality as a national threat second only to terrorism.
The actors are supposedly Not Gay. They stand in choral formation before a backdrop of menacing clouds and cheesy lightning effects. “The winds are strong,” says a white man to the accompaniment of ominous music. “And I am afraid,” a young black woman chimes in
